Winemaking
Grape harvesting in September, gentle pressing, and must decantation for one day. Fermentation at a controlled temperature between 14–16°C. Racking at the end of fermentation and stirring of the fine lees for 4 months to enhance the body of the wine.

Chardonnay Veneto IGT pairs very well with seafood risottos, stuffed pasta, or aged cheeses. It can also be served as an aperitif.
