Winemaking
Gentle pressing of the grapes and first fermentation at 16–20°C in stainless steel tanks for 10–15 days. Secondary fermentation (sparkling process) using the Charmat method in stainless steel autoclaves at a controlled temperature for 30 days. Filtration and bottling.

Delightful as an aperitif, it pairs well with fried fish, as well as appetizers and savory baked snacks.
